Kris-kringle Gift #2

Our theme for this week is Greek and Roman Mythology characters. Guess what codename I picked? It’s what every girl in the office wanted – “Venus” – the Roman goddess of love and beauty (hahaha…how I wish, again). Hmmm…I just noticed I’ve been picking nice codenames for our kris-kringle. cool!

But I was all the more surprised when I picked my baby’s codename. It’s “Aphrodite” – the Greek counterpart of “Venus”. (Wow! What a coincidence! Hehe…)

Gift should be “something green and red” this time. I find it somewhat hard to look for a nice gift. Eventually, I saw an inspirational book entitled “Keep Christmas in Your Heart” which contains beautiful poems from Blue Mountain Cards. Coincidentally, its cover is a combination of green and red. Yey!

Last Tuesday was our exchange gift day. Our room was filled with laughter and fun as each opened their gifts in front. Unfortunately, my “daddy” forgot to buy my gift. =( But he promised to give it yesterday, and he did. He gave me a box containing 6 nice Snowman candles wearing red hat and boots with green gloves and scarf. They’re cute! =) Thanks daddy Jhung! (a.k.a. "Poseidon")

Ritche took a shot as I unwrap my gift. (And that's my proud "dad" in the background) (“,)
