Pre - All Saint's Day
Not like last year when we visited on Nov 1st, this time there were not much people in the cemetery yet. But there were already a lot of stuff being sold at the entrance and people offering cleaning services. There were also several police officers managing the traffic and inspecting those entering the cemetery. I also noticed ABS-CBN's vehicle and booth already set up.
It didn't take us very long to clean Lolo, Lola and Auntie's place. When everything already looked neat, I smiled and placed the fresh flowers for each of them, remembering all my sweet memories of them. Though we're all sad that they had to leave us early, we chatted and shared stories of our precious moments with them. Even Kiel was joining us in the chat. I'm just not sure if he still remembers them because he's still a baby when they passed away.
We left by lunch time and headed to Glorietta. We stopped by the play area and let Kiel enjoy with the other kids. When he was tired and hungry enough, he asked that we go to Jollibee. :D
It was fun to see Kiel jumping, running, playing, laughing and giggling with the other kids. I wonder, perhaps our dearly beloved departed ones might be doing the same thing... there in the Place where there is no more pain and sorrow... where everything is beautiful and lovely... just laughing, singing, dancing and enjoying the majestic and loving presence of the Giver of Life.
